Spiral Moon Academy (SMA) offers a unique blend of secular academic curriculum, creative exploration, and optional Pagan-centered enrichment courses. Families choose the path that best fits their needs—whether that’s a full K–8 virtual program, paper-based Pre-K learning, or a combination of academic and spiritual electives taught by parents and community members.

Flexible K–8 Learning Options
Secular Virtual K–8 Curriculum
A comprehensive, standards-aligned academic program designed to help students excel—without religious influence. Our curriculum provider has created a self-paced online and paper-based options, which allow students to work at their own pace, while also meeting many state and national standards (if your state isn’t on their list, we will help make sure you’re meeting your state’s standards if that matters to you).
Paper-Based Pre-K Curriculum (Secular)
Designed for playful early learning at home, with hands-on activities, early literacy skills, and gentle structure for your youngest learners.
Pagan-Centered & Creative Electives
Students K-12 can explore mythology, folklore, world religions, creative writing, art, nature study, and more—taught by experienced parents and community instructors who understand Pagan values and practices.
Families may mix-and-match options to build the learning experience that fits their child best.

Spiral Moon Academy welcomes families from all traditions within the Pagan umbrella, along with Pagan-friendly families, unschoolers, homeschoolers, and spiritual seekers who want a supportive, inclusive learning environment. While we don’t have special education teachers, we have homeschool parents who are experienced in working with many specific situations, and we will work with you to support every student.
